Description

Start on the wide but exposed ledge just left of the Darkhorse. Belayer may want to stand below the ledge, on the trail. Start up the easy corner on the left, then step onto and crank up the steep face on the right past 3 bolts to a good stance at a thin crack. Clip a bonus bolt (not present for the FA), then make powerful moves in the thin crack (crux). Follow the thin crack as it arcs rightward to a good stance below a smooth bulge. Clip the hard-to-see bolt out left on the bulge (the bolt up and right is the crux bolt on The Darkhorse), then power directly over this last bolt in an exciting sequence to reach a stance below a small roof. Step right to follow a thin crack, but good jugs, leading up to an anchor below a looming fir tree.
